Pat and Kerri,

How do you properly thank two people that have changed your life?

If you would have told me a year and a half ago that I would be holding a check for $12,828.50, I would have thought you were crazy. Fortunately for both of us, neither one of you are! ha.

Kerri, you are one smart woman! You have been so kind to me over the phone and through e-mail. Your ability to explain real estate so that a novice like me could understand, tells me you're a caring, patient and supportive person.

Pat, what a business man! Thanks for the math lesson; you've proved your endurance to me. Your intelligence is shown through your support; I have spoken to you as well on a number of occasions and just like Kerri, you are able to walk me through unknown territory. I hope your mentor realizes what a great person you've become.

You'll never truly know how much you have changed my life; my self confidence has increased and I look at challenges from a different angle. You've given me a taste of freedom.

I've said this before to each of you; my life's goal is to learn real estate and then teach it to my daughter so she doesn't have to struggle or worry. I know you understand, having children of your own. I just want to make life a little easier for her and at the same time give her a foundation to start from.

Another goal is to thank both of you in person; thoughts create things. For the rest of my life I will always remember you two and how you changed my life and my family's life.

I'm thankful we were able to go through uncharted waters; it was great lessons for all of us. I can't wait to do another one! THANK YOU!!!
